It has become our primary principle to obtain excellent results as a result of the works conducted in coordination with creative and dynamic architecture staff who pays importance to the aesthetics and experienced engineer staff who are competent about regulation on earthquakes and have performed many reinforced concrete and steel projects for years. Consequent to the joint preparation of architectural and static projects, every detail is solved during the project stages and possible drawbacks and difficulties that may be encountered during the implementation are defeated.

 

Several points should be heeded to produce excellent results in the turn-key works:

°° Request of Employer: First of all, employer should state his/her requests and needs clearly. The services shall be provided in accordance with the requests of the employer in compliance with the occupational terms and conditions. The works are determined depending on the requests of the employer and our recommendations when necessary.

°° Construction Site: Following the determination of the work as a result of the face-to-face negotiations, a site visit is conducted to the construction site. The position of the site, the usable area allowed by the local regulations and the dimensions of the building according to the needs are determined at during the site visit. Ground surveys required for the project are performed. The place and the altitude of the site are essential for the load values which will be used in the engineering estimations.

°° Design and Architectural Project: In this stage, design and architectural project are prepared in accordance with the purpose of use and the requests of employer depending on the sizes determined for the building. In addition to the two dimensional technical drawings, the three-dimensional figures of the project are submitted to the employer. In case the employer agrees with the project, architectural project is submitted for the formal approval following the necessary revisions.

°° Static, Electricity and Installation Projects: Since architecture, position, purpose of use and possible loads of the building are determined, static (reinforced concrete - steel), installation (sanitary installation, central heating, natural gas, etc.) and electricity projects are prepared in this stage. As our architects and engineers work in cooperation, no details are missed and they warn each other when necessary.

°° Commencement of Construction: Following the determination of the activity schedule of the building for which the formal approvals and commencement approval are obtained, the construction is commenced together with its excavation in consideration with construction supervision mechanisms. The rest of the activities are carried out within the framework of site program. Builder's yard is set up in the construction site, furnished with necessary equipments, an experienced engineer is assigned and the construction is executed according to the activity schedule under the supervision of the engineer.

°° Selection of Materials and Supply of Material: Materials of the activities whose preliminary estimations are performed during the project stage are supplied from the appropriate suppliers at appropriate times according to the flow of work. “Successful works and Unsuccessful works constitutes respectively positive and negative references”. Thus, we pay attention to use appropriate and qualified materials in every item of the production and guarantee all of our productions and implementations.

°° Selection of Team: It is obligatory to work with competent team to obtain efficient results. “You can't direct a correct route with a crooked ship”. An excellent project and selection of qualified materials are not sufficient for a qualified building. °° Completion of Work: Following the completion of all items determined in the project and the activity schedule and realization of the other requests of the employer, the building is delivered ready for use. In this stage, the best award for us is only a word “thank you!”
